As a Managing Partner (General Manager), you would oversee all facets of operations and be responsible for making sure to set an example by providing guidance and encouraging personal and professional growth.

You must provide clear expectations and training to ensure your Team can create a fun and safe Guest experience, all while ensuring the Managing Partner (General Manager), tasks are being completed to control costs and drive revenue.

A Managing Partner (General Manager) is responsible for leading as an entrepreneur in all facets of the operation and responsible for the long-term planning to ensure continued growth and success of the business.

Required competencies may include, excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership skills.

The candidate must be someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to successfully run, grow, and develop the business, as well as effectively manage, coach, motivate, develop, and direct their team.


Investment:
As a Managing Partner, we ask you to make a $20K investment in the company. You will receive a $65K salary and quarterly bonus equal to a percentage of profits, while you are employed.

At the end of your employment, you will receive this investment back in all cases (even if you are fired).

You will also receive 10,000 incentive equity units (essentially stock options) in the holding company that owns ALL our locations to participate in the equity value creation of the company as a whole.

As a Managing Partner (General Manager), your responsibilities would include but are not limited to the following;GENERAL DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improving the sales, profitability, and performance of the business year over yearCompliance with all operating and quality standards.
Ensures positive Guest relations and recovery program.
Compliance with all operating and cost control tools.
Spearheaded annual budgeting of capital expenditures and business planning process.
Maintaining the physical equipment in a like-new condition.
Operating the facility and addressing safety/security concerns as necessary.
Serve Safe Food Program compliance.
With the assistance of a Management Team, enforcing compliance with all employment policies.
Development of management staff through delegation, training, and follow-up.
Facilitates management meetings ensures transitional meetings are completed and ensures labor goals for each shift.

Proactively manages all activities that affect the revenue, COGS, and guest experienceEnsures the daily essential operating procedures are being completed consistently and correctly.

Manages all line items above EBITDAR on the P&L and ensures compliance with all cost control systems.
Oversees team member recruitment, hiring, development, training, accountability, and progressive discipline and discharge.
Interacts with Guests and ensures Guest exceptional service standards are met.
Maintains a harassment-free work environment.

Capitalize business opportunities in the market area by executing company marketing strategies to drive salesMaintain systems that ensure overall fiscal responsibility for inventory control, including pars and proper orderingAssures staffing levels and management coverage are appropriate to maximize the customer experience while maintaining the labor budget for the businessAnalyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control expenses to meet or exceed annual budgetsActively participate in surrounding community activities and events to create awareness of the organization.

As a self-directed, self-driven leader, must possess the ability to oversee the business in the absence of the Regional ManagerSKILLS/

EXPERIENCE:


Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or RestaurantsManagement as a General Manager or Director-LevelExperience in a high-volume settingA results-driven individual with a demonstrated record of prior successExcellent interpersonal skills with guests and team membersStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to create and implement marketing and promotion strategies in conjunction with the ownership group.

Excellent communication skillsHighly organized and strong work ethicAbility to enthusiastically interact with othersStrong character and exercises good judgment in decision-makingMust be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others, and have a positive attitudeAdaptability, flexibility, and general enthusiasm for the businessStrong communication skills; ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise mannerAbility to establish working relationships with all employees, management, other community business leaders, and vendorsAbility to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, at all timesCan create and communicate a vision for the parkFlexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changesHolds self-accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalismAppreciation of diversity (thought, ethnicity, gender, etc.)Innovative and strategic thinkerThe position requires a small financial investment
