As a key player, your role involves implementing revenue management strategies to maximize profits for our client hotels. Communication, coordination, and financial issue resolution with teammates, departments, managers, and guests are vital.   • Supervise 3rd party distribution.
  • Develop group business pricing strategies.
  • Evaluate monthly hotel performance and propose improvements.
  • Ensure the correct functioning of all systems.
  • Oversee reservations department operations.
  • Maintain an updated website booking process.
  • Train hotel staff on system usage.
  • Collaborate with sales and reservations departments.
  • Monitor data quality and business performance.
  • Conduct property performance reviews and plan actions.
  • Examine distribution partner performance and rates.

Prerequisites:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • 2-4 years of Hotel Revenue Management experience.
  • Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies.
