The clinical supervisor role offers a flexible schedule, with the ability to work any time between Monday and Friday, totaling 32 hours per week.

Additionally, the supervisor will conduct therapy sessions for up to 16 sessions per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote clinical supervision to associate therapists, including individual supervision and case consultation.
  • Work 32 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Manage and mentor the clinical team members, fostering a supportive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with both the team as a whole and individual staff members.
  • Conduct training for the clinical staff on various therapeutic modalities and best practices once a month.
  • Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in practice management software such as Simple Practice and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with marketing and promoting practice growth through participation in community events, networking opportunities, and developing outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients, seeing a
    minimum of 16 sessions per week.
  • Utilize evidencebased modalities, including CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman Method, DBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, TF-CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapies.
  • Work with couples and adult clients, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in therapy practice.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Ph.
D. in Psychology.

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a therapy practice or related setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising associate therapists for a minimum of 5 years.

Proficiency in at least two of the following modalities and can train our clinical team:CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman Method, DBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, TF-CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapies.

  • Comfortable training and presenting to the staff on various mental health topics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in the field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
