Essential Functions:
- Meet with each resident on a regular basis to provide health and

- Assist in coordinating residents' dietary needs with the Director of
- Review changes in residents' conditions with the DRC or DAL,
- Oversee and assist with training regarding residents' health and
- Ensure that all infection control guidelines are met
- Maintain residents' wellness files
- Facilitate OSHA training and assist employees with OSHA
- Coordinate state-required training with ED to ensure regulatory

Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited program for Registered Nurses and

- Basic CPR/first aid training
- One additional year of experience with a long term facility in a
- One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent
- Organizational or management experience supervising others
- Ability to respond during off-duty hours to questions and
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook software. Basic
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management,
contactsKnowledge of current Federal and State regulations
pertaining to assisted living and/or memory care communities as
well as regulations on Resident's Rights
- Able to make independent decisions
- Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens
