  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED Required and
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Prior Health Coach experience preferred.
  • Mandatory completion of a health coach program provided by Franciscan Alliance, if not already a certified health coach (will be completed upon hire).
  • CPR certified.
