Surveyor Manager Requirements:
  • Familiarity with CI/ ASCE 38-22 standards and a strong desire for continuous learning
  • PSM, PLS or LS licensure along with a degree or certification in Survey related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a similar role
Responsibilities of the Surveyor Manager:
  • Provide guidance and performance management for the field crew's techniques and accuracy
  • Lead field data collection, topographical mapping, leveling traverse, and control point records
  • Interpret site plans, create maps, and prepare right of way plans
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on contract development, reports, and proposals
