About the Role:
Wellity Health is seeking full-time associate therapists to join our team in Burlingame, CA. As part of our team, you'll receive supervision and work in a supportive environment that enables you to focus on clinical work without the burden of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting 1:1 psychotherapy sessions and facilitating therapy groups.
- Engaging in consultation and collaboration meetings with team members and psychiatry providers.
- Performing patient assessments, treatment planning, and maintaining documentation.
- Specializing in working with diverse populations and clinical niches.
- Interest in creating written content such as groups, workshops, or blogs.
- Active clinical license in CA with a minimum of 1 year associate level experience.
- Master's degree or higher in a related field.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.
