Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Clerk to join our team. The Collections Clerk will be responsible for accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from clients.

Duties:

  • Contact clients regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
  • Review and reconcile accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Work with accounting to track payments and update records
  • Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional customer service during the collection process

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of collections
  • Experience in account reconciliation and negotiating payment terms
  • Proficiency in excel and Microsoft word
  • Solid math skills for accurate calculations and financial transactions
  • Prior experience in collections is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients


This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in collections, customer service will be utilized effectively.
