Job Description

  • Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment
  • Collaborating with team members for overall safety
  • Managing traffic flow efficiently using stop/slow paddles
  • Providing top-notch service and protection to clients
  • Access to training and support for career advancement opportunities

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand for extended hours and lift moderate weights
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and traffic scenarios
  • Driving experience
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including a drug test

Additional Information

Competitive Pay: Hourly rate of $15.50 per hour based on experience with guaranteed pay increase within the first year.

Rapid Advancement: Possibilities for quick progression to Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth opportunities to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
