We are searching for an Assistant Sales Manager for a local custom home builder in the Daytona Beach area. They will assist with daily operations of the sales center + model homes including supporting the Sales Manager in ensuring the team is set up for success.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Sales center support:

  • Organize, schedule and manage open houses, weekly finance incentives, previews, sales appts and tours
  • Assist in launching new communities

Sales team support:

    • Assist in overseeing new home sales efforts
    • Coordinate employee schedules to ensure adequate sales coverage and readiness of all models daily.
    • Organize, schedule and manage open houses, incentives, previews, appointments and tours
    • Ensure compliance with SOP's and tech solutions

Collaboration:

    • Sales managers + division managers on monthly goals and initiatives
    • Marketing to ensure accurate representation of on the website, oversee community signage updates, participate in community events and maintain a realtor outreach program.

Here's what we need from you:

  • Active FL Real Estate or Broke License
  • 5 years of experience in Asst Sales Management or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM Platforms
  • Valid FL Driver's License
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed
  • Ok with same day travel between communities
