Overview

The Flexjet IT Team supports tech needs of companies within the Directional Aviation portfolio. The PowerApps Developer provides guidance and solutions to meet business requirements using best practices and architectural standards.

The Flexjet Infrastructure team is a dynamic group focused on innovation and excellence in private aviation services. The PowerApps Developer plays a key role in this operation. Business-Critical operations are hosted on Flexjet's private cloud, which maintains two Tier 2 Data Centers.

The Microsoft Power Platform Developer develops custom solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Power Platform, experience with SharePoint Online, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owner to define work priorities.
  • Estimate, plan, and report on work progress.
  • Document work for knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure code quality and testing.
  • Lead infrastructure migrations and maintain security best practices.
  • Design solutions using existing infrastructure.
  • Experiment with cloud tools and technologies.
  • Establish standards for software systems.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide updates to team and leadership.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Interact with system vendors.

Qualifications

  • Curious self-starter with tech passion.
  • 2 years with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint online.
  • Experience with data integration and technical requirements.
  • Global enterprise experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Additional Experience

  • Development with Microsoft technologies.
  • Use of Azure Dev Ops for Agile workflows.
  • Experience with source control tools.
  • Migration tools like ShareGate, AvePoint.
  • Experience in SaaS environment.

Desired Skills

  • Microsoft Orchestrator
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft Certification
  • Experience with software development methodologies.
  • Microsoft Azure Certification Preferred
