Senior People Data Analyst
This position will play a critical role in uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, design analytical solutions, and deliver impactful recommendations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end analytics process, including data collection, cleansing, analysis, and interpretation.
Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and support decision-making.
Collaborate with business partners to define KPIs and metrics for measuring performance and tracking progress.
Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on analytical methodologies and best practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights in a corporate environment.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large-scale data sets and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Previous experience in SaaS or cybersecurity is a plus.

Base Pay Range: 116, ,370.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 96, ,240.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 87, ,060.00 USD
