Senior People Data Analyst

This position will play a critical role in uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, design analytical solutions, and deliver impactful recommendations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end analytics process, including data collection, cleansing, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business partners to define KPIs and metrics for measuring performance and tracking progress.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on analytical methodologies and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or cybersecurity is a plus.
