Your Exciting Role:

Join us as a Construction Manager at Chesmar Homes, where you will oversee every aspect of the construction process, ensuring our rigorous quality standards are met in every home we construct. From initiating projects to completion, you will collaborate with various teams, including sales, design, and customer service, to deliver homes punctually and within budget. Your contribution will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer delight.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a construction-related field
  • Keen eye for detail and adept at prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers and colleagues
