Job Summary:

Position Responsibilities

• Must be able to paint a variety of components ensuring that they meet the correct quality standards.
• Perform a variety of activities including preparation of surfaces and mixing paints.
• Performs layout and masking as necessary.
• Mix paints and primers according to specifications.
• Prepares surfaces as required.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area, supports the company 6S and Lean Initiatives Programs, and complies with safety regulations.
• Must have the ability to learn new skills and jobs quickly and undertake additional roles within the cell.

Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Previous painting experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
• Experience of process improvement, problem solving and computer literacy would be beneficial.
• Will need to be able to learn the required skills quickly
• Must be flexible and capable of multitasking.
• Must be selfmotivated and capable of working in an environment of selfdirected teams.
