**Job Summary**:
**Position Responsibilities**
- Must be able to paint a variety of components ensuring that they meet the correct quality standards.
- Perform a variety of activities including preparation of surfaces and mixing paints.
- Performs layout and masking as necessary.
- Mix paints and primers according to specifications.
- Prepares surfaces as required.
- Maintains a neat and orderly work area, supports the company 6S and Lean Initiatives Programs, and complies with safety regulations.
- Must have the ability to learn new skills and jobs quickly and undertake additional roles within the cell.

**Position Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Previous painting experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Experience of process improvement, problem solving and computer literacy would be beneficial.
- Will need to be able to learn the required skills quickly
- Must be flexible and capable of multi-tasking.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working in an environment of self-directed teams.
