Overview:
Are you a skilled vehicle and equipment expert ready to lead a team of mechanics? Join our Fleet Services team as a Vehicle and Equipment Crew Leader. In this role, you will oversee Vehicle and Equipment Mechanics, coordinating the repair, maintenance, and inspection of a variety of gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of mechanics in repair and maintenance tasks
  • Inspect various vehicles and equipment
  • Work on vehicles with gasoline and diesel engines
  • Collaborate with designated supervisor

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 to 18 months formal training in diesel and gasoline engine repair
  • Minimum of three years' experience in vehicle and equipment repair
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with proper endorsements
  • Current Type II and MVAC certifications or ability to acquire during probation

Compensation:
Competitive monthly rate with benefits including tuition waiver.
