How this Role Impacts CastleBranch and its PeopleCastleBranch is seeking a Vendor Oversight Specialist that will be responsible for associating vendor results returned from internal and external researchers and for initiating vendor communication regarding vendor errors.

An ideal candidate is tech-savvy, focused, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and skilled communicator.

Areas you will ImpactSave vendor results in the proper format to correctly match up ordered itemsFollow-up on all inaccurate results by adhering to existing operational proceduresAddress inaccurate results with vendors in a timely mannerCommunicate professionally with vendors regarding orders via email and phone callsPrepare tracking reports daily for searchesProvide accurate order completion information for orders as requiredEscalate vendor issues to Background Screening SupervisorEnsure service level agreements are metOther similar and/or related duties as assignedRequirements: Key Skills and ExperiencesData entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office ClerkTyping and 10 key proficiency preferred.

Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuationAttention to detailConfidentialityOrganization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasksComfortable efficiently navigating around a desktop computer and multiple systems simultaneouslyLifelong learner mentality; learning and trying new things to work towards being better than yesterdayMotivated and determined to learn new systems, services, and processes, while being flexible, adaptable to understanding the software improvement life cyclePositive mindset exude a positive attitude and are a team player.
