We are on the lookout for a Service Technician in Macon, GA, who will be responsible for ensuring the daily satisfaction of our customers. Your main objective will be to respond to on-site service requests for windows and doors, addressing, repairing, and replacing parts and components to ensure optimal functionality. You will collaborate with customers, colleagues, and contractors to deliver top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide service interventions and handle warranty issues related to windows and doors
  • Troubleshoot on-site problems manually and assist customers with their requirements
  • Guarantee customer contentment while resolving issues
  • Replace faulty parts and aid customers with window malfunctions
  • Identify problems with windows and doors like water penetration, warped panels, interlocking issues, etc.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in home improvement projects
  • Capability to ascend a ladder unaided
  • Able to lift weights up to 100lbs unassisted
  • Proficiency in custom window and door installations
  • Extensive experience using a metal brake and caulking
  • Familiarity with performing minor trim work around windows and patio doors internally and externally
  • Customer service background with job resolution as a crucial element
  • Solid computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable with extended driving periods (2-4 hours)
Compensation & Benefits:
