Job Title: Carpet Technician - Assistant

Reports To: Carpet Manager

Job Summary: Will understand all aspects of carpet cleaning and have a good understanding of the used and equipment on the truck. They should be able to price a job and answer most customer concerns. Be able to give instructions and lead by example to the assistant technician. Be capable of flexing to the water damage side when needed.

What you will do:

  • Execute all tasks delegated by Lead or Senior technician
  • Engage in communication with coworkers, especially Lead or Senior technicians
  • Flex for water damage work when needed.

What you bring:

  • Detailed work when cleaning
  • Good attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry up 80 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours.
  • Must be able to sit for at least 6 hours (remember that we can get adjustable desks for many people if needed).
  • Must be able to work in outdoor conditions.
  • Must be able to work in indoor non-airconditioned conditions.
  • Must be able to work in a full-face respirator.
  • Must be able to work in a particulate mask (like N-95).
  • Must be able to wear safety glasses or face shield.
  • Must be able to work in and around sewage.
  • Must be able to work around microbial growth.
