You will ensure consistent application of Standard Operating Policies and supervise associate administration at the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with procedures for receiving, storing, and shipping products and materials
  • Promote a safe working environment for all associates, manage safety programs, and enforce policy compliance
  • Analyze work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts for peak delivery periods
  • Supervise workers in receiving, storing, and shipping operations
  • Train staff to achieve department performance goals
  • Ensure successful performance of assigned functional areas
  • Develop and implement facility modification plans
  • Schedule product distribution
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and manuals
  • Manage distribution center operations and handle customer issues
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in warehouse operations
  • 2+ years' supervisory experience in distribution, retail, or manufacturing
  • 1-3 years forklift operation experience
  • Demonstrated team management experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience in operational process and team development desired
  • Computer proficiency
  • Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Electrical or Low Voltage products a plus
