PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES and

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Interact and communicate effectively with branch managers, direct reports, clients, subcontractors, and other consultants.
Set realistic expectations and ensure assigned projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
Adherence to company quality standards and engineering checking and approval procedures.
Responsible for ensuring the overall quality and technical accuracy associated with deliverables produced.
Experience with Site design, bidding, permitting and construction phase services for development projects in the municipal, institutional, industrial, commercial, residential and utilities/energy markets; stormwater planning, design, and construction phase services for collection and conveyance infrastructure, mainstreet municipal, residential, commercial, and greenfield site development projects and roadway, sanitary sewer assessment and design for civil municipal infrastructure projects
Ability to organize and direct a project to completion
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
Experience with MS4 regulations, NPDES permitting
Candidates must have a bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering
At least 10 years relevant experience
PE required
Prior

supervisory/managerial

experience required.
Candidates should be able to efficiently plan and organize workload, demonstrate success working with a team of professionals, have a commitment to quality, good communication skills, and a positive work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing.
Ability to work remotely and in office setting
