JOB SUMMARY:
As a Principal Java Developer, you will be at the forefront of developing, programming, and coding the most complex and critical Information Technology solutions. You will provide leadership and advisory support on projects of extensive size and scope, guiding the company through best practices and IT strategies. Additionally, you will document system specifications, conduct unit testing, and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance and security. In this role, you will lead development efforts, provide training, and serve as a technical resource for the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in unit testing, coding design, and change management procedures
  • Proficiency with versioning tools like GIT, SVN, and Mercurial
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and more
  • Experience with web service development using SOAP and REST
  • Familiarity with databases like SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
  • Proficiency in desktop applications and debugging tools
  • Ability to manipulate data from various sources and formats
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The desired qualifications include various domain experience, familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency in relevant tools and languages.
  • 8+ years of related work experience as a Java Developer
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent field
  • Relevant Development certifications
