Global Organic is a vertically integrated company based in Minneapolis, MN. We

manufacture four in house brands – Foundry Nation, BLNCD Naturals, FuMan Brews and

Element Elixirs.

We are looking for someone to join our lab team. We are looking for proactive, accountable

people focused on continuous learning and growth to push themselves and our businesses

forward.

Schedule:

  • 6am-2pm
  • 9am-5pm

Role Responsibilities

  • Stand and sit for long periods while focusing on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks such as filling, labeling, and trimming.
  • Monitor product quality and effectively report problems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Operate with integrity and honesty
  • Work independently and as a team
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
  • Follow good manufacturing practices and work-safe practices.
  • Assure daily compliance with company policies, including but not limited to: state/local
  • regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
  • Report to the Warehouse Management Team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be 21 + years of age
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment while
  • Staying organized
  • Desire to continuously learn, grow, and improve workflow
  • Good time management skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
  • Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods
  • Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and forearms
  • Ability to focus on a task for extended periods
  • Knowledgeable of basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
  • Ability to lift, push and slide packages typically weigh up to 50lbs and may weigh up to 70lbs.

  • Strong Mathematical Background
