Responsibilities:
Noblis MSD is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical projects for NSWCPD programs.
The project manager shall be responsible for:
- The facilitation and execution of technical projects to deliver quality products and services to NSWCPD and other Navy clients
- Provide task management to include requirements development, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and deliverable submissions.
- Provide technical expertise and project management directly to clients for the development of Systems Engineering Process (SEP) products and documentation; as well as the develpment of other technical documentation such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Ship Change Documents (SCDs).
- Make recommendations to improve standard practices, procedures and tools.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Business, or related degree. related experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Preference for related requisite technical experience on Navy prorgams.
10+ years of professional experience.
Familiarity and understanding of U.S. Navy programs and organizations; preferably Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage project status to include cost, schedule, and technical deliverables.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal; ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements.
Candidate shall possess an active Secret security clearance
