Are you interested in becoming a Clinical Fellowship SLP Supervisor?

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking CCC-SLPs for In-Person Clinical Fellow mentorship and supervision in Hillsborough County, FL. We offer unparalleled support, responsive and supportive clinical leaders, interactive opportunities, and exclusive content access.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the school setting as an ASHA Certified SLP
  • Maintains valid state license and ASHA CCC-SLP during CF experience
  • Completes at least 2 hours of professional development in supervision post CCC-SLP award

Duties/Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide CF Supervision per ASHA guidelines
  • Offer mentorship to CF-SLPs to develop independent practitioner skills
  • Enhance Clinical Fellow's clinical effectiveness through mentoring and feedback
  • Ensure timely completion of records and feedback/ratings
  • Conduct required on-site supervisory activities per segment
  • Adhere to professional and ethical best practices

Compensation: Monthly stipend provided for each CF SLP supervised.
