What Youll Do
- Implement platform changes.
- Automate platform deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of the platform across various environment.
- Identify and fix reliability issues.
- Track and manage system stability and capacity.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in process, design, and implementations
- Maintain security and quality standards within the infrastructure.
- Engineering or master's degree in computer science
- Proven troubleshooting skills in complex systems
- Demonstrated track record of executing task diligently and with the necessary rigor.
- Demonstrated experience in platform management.
- Experience successfully leading remote teams.
- Proficient in full AWS suite (EC2, S3, ALB, Route53, Global Accelerator, ECS/Fargate, Lambda...) - equivalent to AWS Practitioner or DevOps certifications

Location
United States - Illinois - Chicago
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000.
The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.
Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
