The Territory Sales Manager is the driving force to our Products Division's success. The primary goal of the Sales Manager is to build lasting relationships, execute sales initiatives, and deliver cost-effective and proven trenchless infrastructure solutions and suite of products in a given region. This individual is responsible for developing target accounts and maintaining and driving new business within the Pacific Northwest territory. The suite of products for trenchless rehabilitation rage from geopolymer mortars, cements, epoxies, foam grouts, resins, liners, and robots.
Key responsibilities:
Leads all sales and account/planning, forecasting, reporting, management efforts for assigned accounts within territory
Brings core product specification knowledge, application, and value to the customer
Conducts meetings to present company mission and offerings to decision makers
Understands, assesses, and anticipates customers objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
Obtains product approvals through presentations and supporting submittal development
Acquires new customers to maximize supply center revenue
Escalates customer service issue follow-up
Negotiation of contracts, proposals, and terms
Strategically manages through feedback from customers and market
Works closely with supply center and corporate resource to have them enter & fulfill orders
Key qualities for the job:

Ability to understand basic technical aspects of construction
Prepared for frequent travel
Education/Experience
Bachelors degree
3 + years of sales experience (preferably in geopolymer mortars, cements, epoxies, foam grouts, resins, liners)
