The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the treasury management relationship for a large number of current and potential global clients in the North America Investment Management team. They will collaborate with Corporate Bankers, Product, Compliance, Credit, Risk, and Service partners to offer optimal global solutions to meet client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on expanding client relationships and cross-selling global payment solutions
  • Accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal delivery
  • Maintain a strong client focus and industry expertise
  • Lead and develop the Treasury Sales Analyst
  • Manage strategic discussions on key client issues
  • Engage with clients through meetings, conferences, and events

To succeed, a TSO needs to maintain focus on clients while understanding the bank's operational aspects and having awareness of various treasury products used by clients.

Required skills: Necessary qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in banking, treasury, and/or finance
  • Proven track record in treasury management sales
  • Ability to identify and explain cash management solutions
  • Experience selling to asset management, private capital, and broker dealer segments
  • Strong partnership building skills
  • Efficient multitasking and risk management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Broad knowledge of global treasury management
  • Strong Executive presence
  • Willingness to travel about 50% of the time
  • B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent work experience
