(CCC) is seeking to employ an Assistant Program Manager of Youth Recreations and Therapeutic Services for their Burlington and Mercer County facilities.

The Assistant Program Manager will assist the Sr. Director in the day-to-day operation of the centers and implement the agency's policies& procedures, administrative rules, and safety regulations. The Assistant Program Manager will collaborate with the Sr.

Director in the planning and implementation of age appropriate activities, ensure that safety precautions are taken all activities, maintain a caring & clean environment, attend meetings and development trainings, supervise, schedule and train staff(as tasked), assist with staff coverage(upon need), depict a high level of professionalism and excellence in customer service and perform other assigned tasks related to the job position.


The Assistant Program Manager must have at minimum of two(2) years of working with children and a minimum of one year(1) of management experience.
