Duties :
Supervises Direct Nursing Care in the Health Center. Coordinates, conducts, and documents the MDS, resident care plans, and conference in the absence of the MDS nurse. Supervises nursing personnel on all shifts. Participates in staffing, scheduling, counseling, orientation, and evaluation of nursing staff. Participates in family/resident counseling. Functions in the capacity of DON in his/her absence. Accompanies physicians when making rounds. Infection Preventionist, infection control, safety and pharmacy rounds and audits.Qualifications :
Current nursing license with the State of Florida. 1 Year Nursing experience, preferred 1 Year Nurse Supervising, preferred Geriatric involvement preferred.What We Offer:
