The primary role of the lead software engineer entails developing and implementing scalable solutions across various TFS platforms and technology stacks. The SWE will collaborate with product owners to grasp business needs, integrate architectural direction into designs, and generate detailed functional/technical code for platforms and applications. Proficiency in Cloud platform configuration, customization, and API development is crucial. Candidates with a strong background in tools supporting developer experiences and platform engineering teams will be highly valued.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assessing and recommending new CI/CD tools for organizational needs.
  • Offering creative solutions for potential issues.
  • Establishing scalable and resilient CI/CD infrastructure using best IaC practices.
  • Leading a team of engineers and providing guidance on CI/CD tooling and practices.
  • Integrating containerization into CI/CD pipelines, including Docker image building and orchestration.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to align CI/CD efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to system scalability and performance enhancements.
  • Documenting technical details for knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Your Skills
  • Proficiency in CI/CD and tools like GitHub.
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Amazon ECS.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
  • Expertise in security best practices for CI/CD environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in agile software development.
  • Experience in performance optimization and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • AWS and Kubernetes/Docker Certifications.
