Be a part of the Amdocs cloud sales team

  • By joining the Americas Cloud go-to-market team, your role will be to expand internal and external relationships and take our story to some of the region's largest telecommunications customers.
  • Join a dedicated specialist team whose job is facilitating the overall co-selling motion connecting our capabilities with our largest customers. As well as building awareness, account strategy, and alignment within our internal account teams.
  • You will spend much of your time talking to our clients about how to build and enact a successful cloud transformation program.

What your job will look like?

  • This is a quota-bearing role, with a target to develop and drive an account/co-sell plan for each of our focus customers, based on their and the account team's strategy, business objectives, and GTM priorities.
  • Implement the activities agreed upon with the Account Team, with the goal of driving customer opportunities, both account-team originated and which you incubate.
  • Act as the internal champion for the cloud team, building valued and positive relationships with various internal Amdocs account teams, and customers, facilitating introductions, enablement activities, and customer workshops/deep dives.
  • Capture, prioritize, and report back on customer feedback (both technical and business) to help improve our team focus and team success..

The experience you bring

  • Personable, excellent in building customer trust, and have experience in C-level relationship management.
  • 5 years of validated direct sales experience, specifically selling cloud services.
  • Previous experience driving new business in a global technology company.
  • Building collaborative partnerships with companies like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Telecommunication vertical sales experience would be an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Working within the enterprise software development industry or cloud transformation programs as well as having prior technical experience in cloud, technology, and/or software development is an advantage
