WORK SCHEDULE:


This position is Monday-Friday 8 hours per day (8:00 am to 5 pm) with a 1 hour lunchThese hours may change based on the needs of the company.

This is a regular full-time position, requiring at least 40 hours per week.
Will be required to work on-site, no telecommuting.

Responsibilities:


DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
Reviewing and distributing work, production and shipment schedules.
Meet with Supervisors/Team Leaders to discuss completion dates and work progress.
Create and maintain daily pressroom schedule for each press listing items and quantities to be printed. This schedule is to be updated periodically throughout the day to keep up with the demands of our customers.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring schedules, inventories, and raw materials for assurance of keeping Pressroom operating.

Customers that require us to keep inventories of their products on our floor, will require you to maintain a weekly inventory which will allow you to schedule items they need based on their demands.

These inventories require that you do not allow any of these customers to run out of a product that they use.

Responsible for ordering the necessary raw material needed to print on, which you will be required to schedule the pickups of these orders as needed.

Take orders daily from customers, either by phone, email, or fax.
Responsible for scheduling all orders placed by customers.
Responsible for compiling and maintaining reports necessary for the customers as well as others within our company.
