Job Requirements:

The following are the minimum requirements for the Auto Glass Technician role at Glass Doctor:

  • One year or more of experience in auto glass installation, with a preference for flat laminated glass cutting experience.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with essential tools of the trade.
  • Must be insurable, hold a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
  • Ability to independently lift 50 lbs. - as glass can be heavy, and our technicians often work alone.
  • Comfortable with mobile technology and digital software - no traditional pen and paper work here.
  • Verification of past work experience through reference checks.
