    At Uline, we value having a great team, and as a Recruiter, you will play a key role in matching top candidates with fulfilling positions at our new 1.4 million square-foot warehouse in Columbus.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full cycle recruiting to support staffing needs at all levels of our expanding warehouse, from entry-level to high-level positions.
  • Source and attract quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine talent requirements, job duties, qualifications, and skills needed for recruitment strategies.
  • Assess applicants to ensure alignment with position requirements.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other entities to discover top talent.
  • Act as a backup for other HR tasks including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • 1+ year of preferred experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability to travel to job fairs, recruitment events, and to undergo two weeks of training in Uline's other locations.
