Job Description

Overview:
Individual will assist in maintaining Parts Room Inventory, Issuing, Receiving, Stocking and Parts Delivery.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Accurately maintain the Inventory Control System through cycles counts, check-in and checkout procedures and creating daily reports
  • Customer Service and clerical duties
  • Must be able to work in different environmental temperatures
  • Receive, unpack, check, ship and track shipments of parts and supplies
  • Sort and organize items with material code, part description and location
  • Issue stocked items from inventory to customers and work orders for Kitting.
  • Able to operate forklift, and other company vehicles
  • Basic knowledge of parts (Tools, Bearings, Motors, etc.).
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Identify and execute improvements on documentation, work systems, and processes
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Individual must be able to read, analyze, interpret, and present out general business items to groups of coworkers, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Effective English communication is a must, bilingual is preferred
  • Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations is preferred.
  • Must be able to frequently move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed
  • Available to work overtime, weekends and rotating/varying shifts, as well as be available for emergency call-out as needed
Shift Hours: 7:00pm-5:30am

Pay Range:
$18.71 per hour.
