Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Commander Navy Installation Command of HDQTRS NDW. Responsibilities You will answer customer inquiries related to financial matters. You will review and monitor account balances to ensure execution does not exceed authority. You will review various financial documents and agreements such as contract, purchase orders, etc. You will communicate orally and in writing.

Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides financial advice and policy information to customers in accordance with standard operating procedures and practices; 2) Utilizes various automated financial systems to analyze and execute reports; 3) Develops and formulates financial plans and reports utilizing various financial systems to research, identify, correct errors; 4) Performs analysis in identifying and resolving issues of problematic transactions; and 5) Navigates Microsoft applications and various accounting systems where applicable. **NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
