DARCARS is currently looking for experienced and passionate individuals to join their team as Service Advisors

No prior experience required, we will provide you with all the necessary training

As a Service Advisor at DARCARS, your main responsibility will be to offer advice on and sell automotive warranty products and repair services to customers, all while following manufacturer guidelines and company policies. Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty is also a key aspect of this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcome customers warmly, gather essential vehicle information
  • Advise customers on the importance of maintaining their vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications
  • Provide accurate repair estimates to customers
  • Coordinate repair timelines between customers and technicians
  • Handle incoming service calls and schedule appointments
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Adhere to warranty guidelines and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Operate with integrity to meet CSI and company goals
  • Comply with all relevant laws and company policies regarding customer confidentiality and safety
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and computer skills
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is a strong asset
  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license
  • Passing a background check is required
