Job Title: Solution Design Engineer at Toppan Merrill

Job Description:
  • Part of Transactions and Compliance team, responsible for proxy redesign and content solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Market Research to analyze voting trends
  • Liaise with Client, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure project timelines are met
  • Support sales cycle processes and create proof of design concepts
  • Participate in sales calls addressing client requirements for proxy advisory services
  • Manage client expectations throughout project lifecycle
  • Collect client requirements and provide design recommendations
  • Stay updated on Corporate Governance and Proxy disclosure trends
  • Work with Solution Design team to plan project timelines

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage tight timelines in a demanding environment
  • Basic understanding of Proxy disclosure and Corporate Brand Guidelines
  • Assist in creating new design elements
  • Proficiency in proofreading and formatting
  • Effective communication skills and project management abilities
  • Interaction with internal/external clients in a professional manner
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience with SEC filing documents and graphic/document formatting
  • Knowledge of Commercial/Financial Printing requirements beneficial
