We are looking for a Business Development Associate

Join the team at CH Promotions, a rapidly growing business development firm eager to expand its reach. We need a go-getter to take on the role of Business Development Associate and drive partnerships while boosting client acquisition. You'll be working closely with the Sales Manager to hit growth targets and usher in new customers through innovative strategies.

Responsibilities as a Business Development Associate:

  • Pursue new business ventures through networking events, lead qualification, and client outreach
  • Collaborate on a sales blueprint to pinpoint key areas for expansion
  • Surpass sales objectives by actively engaging in sales initiatives
  • Secure target accounts and deliver top-notch service to existing clients
  • Provide tailored solutions based on product insights and customer needs
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients
  • Work with the sales team to devise account-specific strategies

Requirements for the Business Development Associate role:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Display self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Bring 1-3 years of leadership experience and team management skills
  • Demonstrate agility in fast-paced settings and excel in cross-functional collaboration
  • Possess excellent communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders
