Overview:
Responsible for delivering skilled nursing services to patients at their homes following physician directions. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, evaluating, and educating patients on their needs and care.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a related field.
Education: Completion of an accredited nursing school.
Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri. Must hold a valid driver's license. Certifications: BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association is a must. Other: Home health nurses manage a patient caseload with various health conditions, providing essential education, treatment, and emotional support to aid in their recovery from injuries, illnesses, or long-term health issues.
