electrophysiology team specializing in the diagnosis and state of the art treatment of heart rhythm disorders including catheter ablation (atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT and PVC), pacemaker and defibrillator implantation and management (including leadless devices and subq ICDs), implantation and management of implanted loop recorders, lead extraction procedures and implantation of Watchman devices to reduce stroke risk in atrial fibrillation.
Highlights include:
- Inpatient evaluation and outpatient followup and management
- Provision of pre and post procedure care and education for patients undergoing pacemaker or ICD implantation, ablation, Watchman implant, lead extraction, and cardioversion
- Call expectations 1:7 nights and 1:7 weekends
