Role Overview:

Welcome to our company's team We are looking for a talented individual to join us in the position of administering medically prescribed programs and treatments to help patients recover from diseases, injuries, or impairments. Your main responsibility will be to assess patients, develop rehabilitation plans, and provide direct patient care under the guidance of the Rehabilitation Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer therapy programs following recognized standards of practice
  • Coordinate treatment schedules and supervise support staff
  • Promote customer satisfaction and maintain positive work relationships
  • Document clinical information accurately and promote a safe work culture

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a license in Respiratory Therapy. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.

Physical Requirements:

All physical requirements can be adjusted to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Candidates unable to meet physical requirements even with reasonable accommodation will not be considered.
