The Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy (DPA) is looking for a dedicated Law Clerk to join their team at the Owensboro Trial Office. DPA is recognized nationwide for its exemplary public defense system and comprehensive training program. As part of the defense team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fairness in the criminal justice system and upholding individual rights. The ideal candidate should have recently completed all coursework at an ABA accredited law school to earn a JD degree and either plans to take the bar exam soon or has obtained a law license. We are seeking individuals with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with our team of attorneys, investigators, and administrative staff.
