OVERVIEW

Provides a variety of clerical and staff support services on client projects including compiling labor time, equipment usage and production records, completes timely customer required reports, reviews timesheets, gate logs or other time documents, information entry into client and Company databases, in accordance with GrayWolf policies, practices and procedures.

WORK SCHEDULE

Local Candidates preferred. May be required to work non-standard shifts, any time any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Employment is at will and subject to change depending on departmental needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • May collect, enter and submit all payroll data for employees in accordance with deadlines.
  • May perform administrative tasks associated with purchase orders, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Collects and enters shift details into appropriate systems.
  • The ability to accurately perform high volume data input/data entry.
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels of project leadership, site employees as needed and client interface in regards to cost tracking.
  • Thoroughly document reconciliation between shift details and client time/attendance system.
  • Communicate and work closely with management to relate non-critical, critical/urgent issues.
  • Plan work on a daily basis.
  • Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
  • Assist project management with any additional administrative duties that may be required to support the project.
  • Participation safety program, attending safety meetings and other related activities as required.
  • Must be able to work variable hours as needed including weekends and holidays.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-4 years of progressively responsible applicable experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous union payroll experience
  • Completion of pre-hire and post-hire substance abuse testing as required by company and/or client.
  • Completion of Safety related council programs as required by company and/or client.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects
  • Frequently lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
  • Acceptable visual acuity for near, far and color - naturally or with correction
  • Eye-hand coordination
TOOL REQUIREMENTS (minimum)
  • Rain Coat or Poncho.
  • Steel toed or Composite toed, lace up work boots.
  • Safety protection required by work, job site and customer
