Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various communication channels such as email and software platforms
  • Efficiently manage product deliveries to customers
  • Create and adjust production schedules to meet goals and deadlines
  • Analyze data for reports and schedule optimization
  • Coordinate material provision for production
  • Provide daily attainment data and weekly output reliability reports
  • Maintain communication with different departments for seamless operations
  • Improve scheduling efficiency using collected data

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret documents like purchase orders and safety rules
  • Experience with Direct Mail and print design is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours occasionally
  • Knowledge of printing and mail services equipment
  • Competence in using various software and ERP systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferably an Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
