- Observe and report any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Resident Care Director, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director following state regulations
- Direct and supervise the daily tasks of the Resident Care Assistants
- Mentor and guide the Lead Resident Care Assistants, providing direction throughout their roles
- Coordinate care needs with community providers utilizing an efficient case management system
- Effectively manage service requirements while promoting resident independence
- Recognize and contribute to the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation by reporting incidents to the relevant authorities following state guidelines
