Seeking a Principal Systems Analyst who excels in an environment leveraging cutting-edge technologies to support and enhance our robust recordkeeping platforms, becoming part of our digital transformation journey. You will be a valued member of an agile engineering scrum team operating in a fast-paced setting, working closely with product, business, and operational teams, as well as with architecture and other engineering teams.
The Experience You Have
- 8+ years of experience in critical enterprise-wide applications
- Ability to communicate technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
- Strong critical thinking skills along with a hunger for growth, learning, and engaging in technical and design discussions
- Skilled in producing clear, concise, and detailed documentation
- Passionate about providing guidance on standard methodologies and mentoring support to other Systems Analysts within the team
- Proficient in performing analysis in Mainframe applications, skilled in reading Cobol and JCL, understanding DB2 and SQL/PLSQL concepts, and utilizing TSO and related tooling.
