HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

The Sr Change Consultant will support 2 different projects through adjoined tracks: Priority 1, 100% dedication for near term and the Tech Modernization Initiative - Priority 2, leaning in on a sliding scale starting May based on available capacity. Must have experience working across stakeholders and Geos with demonstrated success. Looking for someone who is an expert change agent and highly proficient in translating, visualizing, and deploying change through unique employee experience moments to help the organization land and operate efficiently. Emphasis on project management experience and presentation design skills . Ability to work in ambiguity and under tight deadlines and ability to engage and move towards a consensus.

YOU WILL:
  • Identify impacted stakeholders and business stake holder impacts by work stream
  • Design, execute and monitor a change management plan, aligned to and integrated into the associated program plan
  • Develop and lead what's changing workshops with key leaders
  • Co-create communication strategy in partnership with communication lead and strategic partners
  • Identify and create change strategy and stakeholder impact deliverables
  • Provide content for workstream specific engagement sessions (partners, sponsors, stakeholders, etc.)
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Someone onsite 4 days a week
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and under tight deadlines and ability to engage and move towards a consensus.
  • Experience with prior org transformations preferred
  • 10 Plus years Change Management Experience
  • Prosci Certified
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PowerPoint proficiency is a must
